The University of Windsor's Strategic Planning Process

Drafting of the University's next strategic plan is well underway.

Draft framework of the plan is now available to the campus and surrounding communities for review and feedback. Please feel free to explore the Executive Summary or the full collection of detailed Framework Documents that capture the robustness of this important process.

Feedback and engagement opportunities will continue to be available through the Winter 2023 semester, before the strategic plan is presented to the University’s Board of Governors and Senate for approval.

Once approved, the University of Windsor’s next strategic plan will guide decision making for the next five years.

    Members of the campus community who were unable to attend the town hall meeting January 27 can now watch a video recording of the one-hour event on the University of Windsor’s YouTube channel.

    An initial framework of the plan, Aspire: Together for Tomorrow, is available for review and feedback on the project website.

    The strategic planning team is pleased to report that drafting is well underway for the University of Windsor’s next strategic plan, Aspire: Together for Tomorrow. We would like to thank everyone who has given their time, thought, and effort to the process so far.

    The draft framework of the plan is now available to the campus community for review and feedback on the project website. The draft framework provides the outline of the proposed structure, themes, and direction of the full plan. We are continuing to refine the focus and scope of the plan, and we value your feedback on these draft documents.

    Depending on your level of interest and participation, you may wish to review the executive summary of the framework or the more detailed framework documents that capture the robustness of this important process.

    Feedback and engagement opportunities will continue to be available into the Winter 2023 semester. This feedback will inform the final draft of the strategic plan which will be presented to the University’s Board of Governors and Senate for approval.
