UWindsor Staff - We want to hear from you!

Based on the feedback received from the Strategic Planning Survey, we developed a set of topics and related questions for staff to engage with. If you were unable to join us in person this spring for one of the consultation sessions on campus, current and retired University of Windsor staff are now invited to have their say online to inform the University’s next strategic plan. Participate virtually in this process by sharing your own ideas or by voting on existing ideas!

Participation Instructions:

  1. Registration is required to participate online. Please choose your username carefully as it will be displayed alongside your comments and ideas.
  2. Ideas: Share your own ideas below or support an idea you love with your vote! Remember to scroll through all of the 'ideas' by using the page numbers provided.
  3. Consider completing an optional demographics survey to help us identify potential voices that may have been missed throughout this process.

Please note, there are a total of 18 staff questions covering 8 different topic areas on this webpage. You do not need to answer all the questions and you can skip any question that makes you uncomfortable. Staff feedback will directly inform the next phases of the strategic planning process.
